I. Preamble

This document serves to educate readers on the history, nature, structure, and purpose of the Internet Development Studio Company ("INTDEV").

The Internet Development Studio Company Production Team (“Team”) has been shipping and maintaining products since August 20, 2023, serving both startups and enterprise companies.

The team operates as a full-stack engineering and design partner for multiple companies while also developing INTDEV’s own SaaS products and services to generate additional revenue. INTDEV has not accepted equity investment and carries no debt.

II. Team

Jimmy Lee — j<@>internet.dev (Bluesky, LinkedIn, X) is a Partner at Mana Management, LLC (“Mana”), and invests at the seed stage. Jimmy founded and incorporated INTDEV in Delaware to support the mission of Mana and Bluesky, and then hired partners from the network he built while working on nine venture-backed startups.

Andy, Ana, Caidan, Chenyu, Elijah, and Hannah were carefully selected to serve as a fully autonomous leaders. INTDEV operates as a holacracy, distributing authority and decision-making power while removing the traditional hierarchies common in many companies. This structure is reflected in the near-equal equity ownership shared among partners.

III. Space

The Internet Development Studio Company Office Space ("the office"), is a 5,319 sq. ft. location you can visit in Pike Place, Seattle, WA with an invitation. We practice the art of building products and companies in real time, centered on two philosophies: “do your best” and “everything matters.”

We have ample space to experiment and cook together, which has resulted in a third space that features art from local artists, private gatherings for learning, and a community of builders coming together to build products.

Ideally, INTDEV and the founders here will grow into a company and third space that lasts for more than 40 years, doing its part to make Belltown, Seattle a sought-after destination for both tourists and builders. Our aim is to nurture people, products, and companies to their highest potential, alongside some of the best talent in the city.
